Member - Environmental Development Action in the Third World (ENDA) Environmental Development Action in the Third World (ENDA)

Environment and Development in the Third World (Enda-tm), founded in 1972 in Dakar as a joint program of the United Nations for the Environment, the African Institute for Economic Development and Planning and the Swedish Organization for Development international, was formed June 27, 1978 as an international organization and associative character nonprofit.

Enda is involved with grassroots groups, from their experiences and based on their objectives in research and lamise implementation of alternative development. This engagement with the poorest results in:
     a presence at all levels of action and decision; · the development of reproducible steps, joining action, research, training and communication; ·

  •      involvement of intellectuals and cadres in the definition and implementation of development for the benefit of as many of the poorest and ·
  •      the fight against poverty as the main line of action of enda · involvement in international debates to hear and accept the positions of the Third World.
